6. Disclosure and Other Requests Concerning Retained Personal Data
If we receive a request to change the purposes of use of, confirm, correct, add to, delete, suspend the use of, erase, or suspend the provision to third parties of retained personal data, we will respond appropriately, to the extent permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, only after confirming that the requester is the individual concerned or a person authorized by the individual.

1. Why We Value DE&I

3. Towards the Elimination of Harassment
Harassment is a human rights issue, and we will not tolerate any acts of harassment against our employees and the officers and employees of our portfolio companies and companies under consideration for investment.

Handling of Public Research Funds
Basic Policy on Preventing Misuse of Public Research Funds
Based on the “Guidelines on the Management and Audit of Public Research Funds at Research Institutions (Implementation Standards),” we will establish rules and systems for the proper management and auditing of public research funds and ensure their proper implementation.
Clarification of the Responsibility Structure
To ensure the proper operation and management of public funds, we have designated the Representative Director and President as the Chief Administrative Officer and appointed the Director, Corporate Planning & Administration Division as the Supervising Administrative Officer and Compliance Promotion Officer.
To Our Business Partners
We promote the proper operation and management of public research funds.
If involvement in improper transactions, fictitious transactions, false claims, or other misconduct involving public research funds is identified, we may suspend transactions or take other necessary measures.
In addition, to ensure the proper management of public research funds, we may, as necessary, ask you to submit a written pledge and cooperate with confirmations regarding transactions.
